Administration

 Administration Staff play an importatnt role in a smooth day to day administration of the institute. Their employment to work in the institute and condition of services are governned by the Kiribati National Condition of Service  with stipulated memorandum and standing orders.

 Account Officer Rimwaua Rui
Account Officer is responsible for all financial related matters to the institute and always interact with the Principal to advise on account affairs in full consultation with Senior Accountant of parent ministry, Ministry of Labour & Human Resource Development and Ministry of Finance & Economic Planning Development to ensure of timely payments made against the institute.
Rimwaua Rui is tasked to shoulder these significant responsibilities and ensures that FTC’s account is always up-to-date. One of her very importatnt role to play in the institute is to assist the Principal with yearly budgetary plannings.  
 
 Registry Clerk Ioteebwa Ieremia
Ioteebwa Ieremia is responsible to the Principal for staff personal matters related to employment contracts pursuant to the National Condition of Service of the Republic of Kiribati. He is tasked to keep updated personal files & records of all staff employed by the institute, inward and outward register and advise on recruitment of new employees. His primary role is to ensure that administrative support is provided at all times and all activities within the registry office of the institute is carried out accordingly. 
 
 
 Registry Clerk Tanoii Teaeki
Tanoii Tiaeki is attached with the training section to keep records of all trainees. Records of trainees involves filing system and database updating from time to time of all candidates that has undertaken training with the institute.
Resgistration of island candidates to enroll with FTC courses comes through Mr Tiaeki who often interacts with Mayours and Clerks to island councils to advise and assist when required.
Mr Tanoii Tiaeki is also keeping records of all incoming and outgoing calls from the centre and acting as a telephone operator.
 
Computer Operator Karekeiti Utiata
Responsible to the institute to formulate computed documents and database required for easy documentation of all the institutes training records. Providing an efficient serivce in office works as required from time to time for a smooth day to day running of the institute and the reproduction of training materials, reports, letters etc related to matters of concern to the training & trainees. Apart from her role in computing skills, she is assigned to interact with Mayors & Clerks to island councils to advise on Intake Procedures in accordance with the institute’s Intake Policy.

 

Computer Operator Tienri Teuru
Responsible to the institute to formulate computed documents and database required for easy documentation of all the institutes administration records. Providing an efficient serivce in administrative works as required from time to time for a smooth day to day running of the institute and to assist training section with the reproduction of training materials, reports, letters etc related to matters of concern to the training & trainees.
